Frederick Wu

Fred Wu founded DeltaTrak, Inc. in 1989. Mr. Wu is a supply chain industry leader, business entrepreneur and a pioneer in developing real-time cold chain and food safety solutions.
Mr. Wu holds multiple patents related to unique technology, including a single use, in-transit temperature recorder that was the first product which launched DeltaTrak in 1989 and a patented firmware that guarantees the reliable and secure collection of cold chain temperature data, called ‘Shadow Logging’. Recently Mr. Wu received a major patent that establishes a new method of enhancing supply chain efficiencies. The Chain of Custody ecosystem patent integrates both product quality and commercial data that provides real time end to end visibility and traceability.
Mr. Wu has a diverse international background in engineering, product development, and worked in the medical device and instrumentation field for American Hospital Supply, IVAC Corporation, a pioneer of clinical electronic thermometers, and Camino Laboratories, a fiber optic medical technology startup company. He is on the Board of several technology companies including Incrypton, Dapicon, DataMark and is an active angel investor in Silicon Valley.
Mr. Wu attended the University of Southern California and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Finance.

Mr. Stringer rejoined DeltaTrak in 2020 as CFO and from 1998-2000 was VP of Finance and Administration. He has 46 years of accounting management and 30 years as CFO for grocery/beverage, medical device, software, and IoT device organizations. His company portfolio includes Glacier Water, Eastman Kodak, Corning, and Eli Lilly.

Sharath, CTO of DeltaTrak since 2023 and based in Pleasanton, is a values‑driven technology leader with a strong record of building cross‑functional teams and systems. He previously co‑founded Parkoursc and held engineering leadership roles at multiple firms. He holds two master’s degrees, numerous patents, and enjoys photography and hiking.

He is the Chief SaaS Officer of DeltaTrak, and the General Manager of the UBQ Network, a digital marketplace for produce launched in the IFPA show in Atlanta, 2024.
Previously he held leadership positions at a Canadian SaaS freight tech provider, a cloud based load matching platform, and a last mile logistics firm with 5000 employees. Karl was a recipient of Mexico’s innovation award and part of the Mexican government delegation to Hannover Messe 2018.
Sridhar Guthula

Sridhar Guthula is a seasoned product and strategy executive with over 25 years of experience scaling AI, data, and cloud platforms. As VP of SaaS Product Management and Strategy at DeltaTrak, he leads innovation across cold chain logistics, sustainability, media, and eCommerce.
He has enabled organizations like Motorola, Rakuten, and multiple startups to achieve scale, compliance, and operational efficiency. Sridhar has led SaaS migrations, built enterprise-grade data governance systems, and delivered real-time insights across millions of devices.
A multi-time entrepreneur and advisor to AI-driven ventures, Sridhar holds a master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon and multiple patents in cloud infrastructure, analytics, and streaming. At DeltaTrak, he is focused on digitizing the global cold chain to improve food safety, reduce waste, and power smarter supply chain solutions.
F. Robert Bright

Mr. Bright joined DeltaTrak in 2003. In 34 years of consultative selling cold chain solutions, he’s held multiple roles and implemented Cold Chain Logistics programs with multiple Fortune 500 companies. While focusing on produce, he has also worked across various industries and completed UC Davis Short Course and HACCP certifications.
Cecilia Sun

Cecilia joined DeltaTrak International in 2002, and was instrumental in setting up the manufacturing company in Shenzhen, China, followed by incorporating and managing DeltaTrak's China domestic sales company, DTI China Ltd. in 2008. Cecilia currently holds the position of Vice President of China Operations.
Cecilia has extensive experience in sales, marketing and administration, working in China's real estate and consumer electronics industries. She also held senior positions as a certified management and operations hotelier with major international brands, Crowne Plaza and Shangri-La hotels & Resorts in China. Over the past several years, she successfully expanded DeltaTrak's Cold Chain and Food safety Solution sales channels in China.
Ms. Sun holds a BA in English Literature from Sichuan International Studies University, and additionally holds a foreign language teaching credential.
Stephen Hibbs

Stephen Hibbs, V.P. of Operations for the DeltaTrak Modesto facility, is a graduate of the CAF School of Aerospace Engineering, and has 30+ years of experience in both high volume, and custom manufacturing / service operations for Fortune 500 companies.
In previous positions, Steve has been heavily involved in ISO 9000 certification, the implementation of WCM principles, and extensive process automation / maintenance projects.

He held leadership roles at Albertsons and Bolthouse Farms before spending 19 years supporting major retailers. Ivan has visited more than 60 countries, providing support to customers and partners and learning from different applications and cultures. He has experience with OEM’s , Distributors, End Users as Retailers, Quick Service Restaurant Chains and Logistic Companies.

Ms. Alvino received her Master of Science in Instructional Science & Technology from California State University, Monterey Bay, Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, Major in Animal Health, College of Agriculture, University of the Philippines. She has credits of completion for courses in microbiology, anatomy, and physiology from Los Medanos College, Pittsburg, California, UC Davis Postharvest Technology Short Course, certified Food Safety Manager, and certified in GS1 Standards for Food Traceability.

John Hyland

John Hyland is a seasoned technology champion with over 25 years of experience in software development and architecture, complemented by two decades of team and product leadership. As Senior Director of Software Engineering at DeltaTrak, he leads cloud development at the intersection of hardware and software in the IoT space, driving innovation in cold chain logistics and sustainability initiatives.
Throughout his career, John has architected and led some of the world’s largest data-driven platforms for industry leaders including Microsoft and Leaf Group (formerly Demand Media). His passion for hardware integration is evidenced by his leadership of a large-scale robotics manufacturing project encompassing pick-and-place systems, automated soldering, and advanced image detection technologies.
John holds two degrees in software development and information technology, along with numerous industry certifications. At DeltaTrak, he is dedicated to transforming global cold chain operations through digital innovation—enhancing food safety, minimizing waste, and enabling intelligent supply chain decision-making.
Pradeep Dunna

In 2023, Pradeep became the Senior Director of Engineering at DeltaTrak and is currently situated in Pleasanton. He is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to build scalable data platforms and machine learning systems from concept to deployment.
Before joining DeltaTrak, Pradeep served as Senior Director of Engineering at Cloudleaf, where he was part of the core engineering team building IoT solutions for supply chain visibility. He also held leadership positions at Crunchyroll, a popular anime video streaming company, where he led the data science team serving recommendations to tens of millions of subscribers. Earlier in his career, Pradeep held engineering roles at RGB Networks and Cisco, developing video streaming and VoIP solutions.
Pradeep earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from Santa Clara University.

Shirreen has held the financial controller position in various mid-size private organizations in the healthcare, homebuilding, manufacturing, and distribution industry. Shirreen attained her master’s degree in accountancy from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in business administration accounting from California State University Stanislaus.
Shirreen has a proven track record of optimizing financial operations, enhancing reporting accuracy, and driving strategic financial initiatives. Throughout her career, Shirreen has facilitated comprehensive financial reporting, budget management, cash flow reporting, internal control compliance, financial forecasting, and analysis. This has consistently led to informed decision-making, operational efficiency, growth, and success for organizations. With a strong focus on team leadership and development, Shirreen has successfully managed cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Shirreen is also an adjunct online accounting and business professor at Humphreys University and teaches graduate and undergrad accounting, economics, audit, and business ethics classes there since 2015.

As a Civil Engineer in Computer Science, Rodrigo began his career at two major telecommunications companies in Chile. He later led the implementation of a radio-frequency project to monitor a fleet of 300 trucks for a leading Chilean poultry company.
Over the next 16 years, Rodrigo then served as Product Manager at PakSense and as Sales Manager at Emerson and Copeland. He expanded his commercial experience across Latin America and specialized in perishable markets including fresh fruit, meat, and seafood.
