DeltaTrak instruments have a limited warranty of 1 year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Accessory items and sensors have a limited warranty of 3 months. Free technical support is provided for the life of the product.
Repair service Part No. 21030 is available by quote
Labor Rates are $35.00/Hr. All non-warranty repairs except Digital Probe Thermometers are subject to a $35.00 per unit evaluation fee. In addition to a diagnostic check, the evaluation will include a battery test and, if necessary, replacement. An analysis report will be provided to the customer should they choose not to repair the unit. If they choose to repair the unit the evaluation fee is waived and the standard labor rates apply.
