Dr. David Gray is a physicist and technology entrepreneur specializing in digital monitoring systems for temperature-controlled supply chains. Founder of Kelsius, a pioneering and widely adopted electronic HACCP platform, he has led development of patented IoT sensing and analytics technologies, supporting DeltaTrak’s global food safety and cold-chain monitoring solutions.

Roisin McCullagh is Operations Manager at DeltaTrak Global Ltd, based in Ireland. With over 15 years’ management experience across multiple industries, she brings strong leadership and strategic insight. Roisin holds an Honours degree in International Business Management and a Master of Science in Marketing Practices, supporting her results-driven, customer-focused approach.

Currently the Chief SaaS Officer of DeltaTrak and the General Manager of the UBQ Network, a digital marketplace for Ag Food. Previously he held leadership positions at a Canadian SaaS freight tech provider, a SaaS truck load matching platform, and a last mile logistics firm. Karl was a recipient of Mexico’s innovation award 2018.

Krystal Shaw is General Manager of DeltaTrak Canada, with over a decade of experience in cold chain monitoring and environmental data solutions. With roots in agriculture, she understands the challenges of protecting temperature-sensitive products from field to destination, focusing on partnerships and reliable monitoring solutions that support quality, compliance, and supply chain confidence.

Ivan joined DeltaTrak in 2024 as VP of Sales for EMEA after spending 13 years in Hong Kong working on Cold Chain monitoring solutions. Prior moving to Asia he worked in Italy as Export Director. He is a dynamic business leader with 25+ years global sales and business management experience in the HVAC-R and monitoring solutions industry.

Gerrit van Tilborg joined DeltaTrak Europe in 2009 and established its European affiliate in 2010. With extensive cold‑chain expertise, Gerrit helps organizations improve visibility, compliance, and product safety. Previously active in the medical field, Gerrit now oversees operations and customer relations, providing reliable guidance to partners across the region.

Gabriela Herrera Barros is General Manager of DeltaTrak South America. An agricultural engineer specializing in economics, she brings experience across banking, research, and the fruit export industry. Since 2017, she has led DeltaTrak’s growth in Chile, consolidating the company’s position in produce and pharmaceutical markets with strong customer focus.

Rodrigo joined DeltaTrak in September 2025 and brings over 16 years of experience in sales and commercial development of cold chain monitoring technologies. Expertise spans the food logistics industry, including fresh fruit, meat, and seafood, supporting Latin American supply chains with advanced temperature monitoring, shipment visibility, and digital cold chain solutions.

Ms. Bon joined DeltaTrak in 2001 as a distributor and later played a key role in establishing DeltaTrak International in Mexico (DTIM) in 2012. She has served as Managing Director since 2014. Under her leadership, DTIM has become a leader in Cold Chain Management across Mexico’s Produce and Protein industries, with a strong presence in Supermarket and Pharma distribution. She also established a certified NOM/ISO 17025 calibration lab to support the operation and is known for her empathetic leadership and strong team building.

With over 16 years at DeltaTrak International Mexico, Gerardo De Loza leads the execution of the company’s commercial strategy, driving sustained growth across the produce, food, and pharmaceutical sectors. He plays a key role in strengthening market position through disciplined execution and close client engagement, contributing to a leading position marked by sustained expansion and strong presence across key segments. He develops tailored solutions that respond to evolving market needs while supporting consistent service, product availability, and long-term client relationships.

Since founding DTI Japan in 2008, Yasuhiro Kurauchi has led the company with a strong focus on customer needs, regulatory compliance, and service quality, maintaining consistent profitability. He brings broad experience from technical and corporate planning roles at a major chemical manufacturer and executive leadership in the semiconductor trading sector.

Kei(taro) Kurauchi is General Manager at DTI Japan, bringing extensive experience in cold chain temperature monitoring solutions. He specializes in highly regulated chemical and pharmaceutical industries while also supporting global food applications. Kei’s background includes sales, business planning, and leadership roles in U.S. -based multinational companies.

Damien Dement has served as General Manager of DeltaTrak South Pacific since early 2024. With deep expertise in seafood industry sales, procurement, and category management, he is passionate about food safety across seafood, beef, produce, and dairy sectors. His achievements include driving market expansion, building strategic partnerships, implementing CRM and omnichannel systems, and leading digital transformations.

Julio López joined DeltaTrak in 2025, bringing over 11 years of experience empowering supply chain companies across the Spanish market. He specializes in delivering tailored solutions for the meat, fruit, logistics, and retail/supermarket sectors, ensuring efficiency and quality from farm to fork.
