DeltaTrak, a global provider of IoT-enabled shipment monitoring solutions, and Cargo Produce, a platform for global supply chain coordination, have announced a partnership that embeds real-time shipment monitoring directly into the Cargo Produce platform. This gives customers access to in-transit shipment data, including temperature, location and handling events, within the systems they already use every day.

Managing high volumes of global shipments often means juggling separate systems for operations and shipment monitoring, creating data silos, slower response times and time-intensive manual processes. Developed in response to customer demand, the integration brings both functions into a single workflow, so teams spend less time switching between platforms and more time acting on critical information.

Cargo Produce users can now view DeltaTrak shipment data across land, air and sea directly within the platform, including:

  • Temperature, humidity and CO₂ conditions
  • Exact shipment location and movement
  • Light exposure and door open events
  • Shock and handling events

The integration is also designed to help customers identify shipment issues earlier and improve documentation for claims and compliance processes.

“Customers are increasingly looking to consolidate how they access and act on shipment data,” said Fred Wu, CEO of DeltaTrak. “This integration ensures that real-time monitoring insights are available within the operational systems our customers already rely on, helping them move faster and make more informed decisions.”

“At Cargo Produce, our goal is to simplify and unify supply chain operations for our customers,” said Ignacio Lara, new business director at Cargo Produce. “By integrating DeltaTrak’s real-time monitoring capabilities, we are enhancing the level of visibility and control available within our platform.”

As part of the collaboration, new customers adopting the combined solution may be eligible for a limited-time 10% discount on select DeltaTrak monitoring devices.
